This survey is part of United Way's Regional Community Forums Initiative. United Way of the Columbia-Willamette has funding responsibility for a four county region, including Washington, Clackamas, Clark and Multnomah counties. United Way is committed to understanding the health and human services needs of each county in the region and effectively engaging with the community at the local level. Towards these goals, we are asking you to participate in this survey.
